I actually agree with that. Like all of his films they could be cut down more. I don't need to see a baby with a glass on their stomach. Directors can argue all they want how important a meaningless scene is because they like the particular shot or whatever dumb reason they've devised in their head, but at the end of the day they're probably wrong and this is why their directors and not Steven Spielberg.Originally Posted by Kanye West
The Godfather is probably the most overrated film of all time. Good lord, the first hour is just painful. The rest of it is nearly as bad. The Godfather part 2 is only marginally better because I liked Robert Do Niro in it.
