Default Things in shows that bug you

I'm watching the episode of The Office where they go on a booze cruise on Lake Wallenpaupack. While this episode cracks me up, their fact check failed on two counts:

1.) Scranton is like an hour from LW. It's unlikely they'd drive up there (on very very very horrible roads) to get trashed and then drive home...especially since it's on a week night!

2.) They don't even try with the setting...you can see tons of houses and lights around. LW is in the middle of freaking NOWHERE.

Source: my family lives 15 minutes from LW and I've been boating on it and it's the only part of PA I actually like.

Are there any things in shows that you know have been messed up?

It always bugs me on television shows (and movies, for that matter) that nobody ever says goodbye before hanging up the telephone.

I'm not a fan of laugh tracks.

I hate it when shows air a new episode but it's just made up of clips from previous shows to fit into a theme.

    That is irritating as smurf.

Clip shows were a thing back in the day. I think almost every show in the 80s & 90s did them.

I don't think I can remember when a more current show has done them.

I know!!! I always just assumed, because a lot of TV shows and movies are American, that American people rarely ever say goodbye on phones

I think Mr. Shauna or somebody posted a Youtube video here where they replaced TBBT's laughtrack w/ Tidus' laugh. It was much more fitting than the standard.

Why do bad guys always have terrible aim at shooting the good guys?

If you guys ever see an urinal being urinated on at the wrong spot, it is probably done by someone acting a bad guy.

When reality TV constantly gives you recaps and 'what's coming next' bits.

We watched Ex on the Beach because Vicky and Ricci from Geordie Shore were in it, and like... at the start of every episode it was LAST TIME! and then a THIS TIME! and the before ad breaks UP NEXT! Urgh, just cut out all the trout and show the scenes instead of hinting them!

My Kitchen Rules kept doing it too... ffs!!!

Sometimes this will be done due to budgeting issues. Shows need to put something out and don't necessarily have the funds so they'll try and find a way to do a flashback episode.
