Wait, Seifer's demise? (Seifer didn't die!) Do you mean the demise of President Vinzer Deling? Edea kills him and then just kindof wanders off and nobody cares. :o
Seifer led the attack of the Galbadian army, but I didn't necessarily think he was placed in charge of Galbadia itself. :o I would think General Caraway would be most likely to advance to leadership of the territory.
