It's hard for me to pick, but it is between Terra's and Gogo's themes. The former is my favorite song in the game, and the piano version is excellent, but Gogo's theme I end up humming a lot. For no reason. Out of nowhere. Subconsciously. <.<;

I love all the FFVI songs. I think FFVI is Uematsu's best work. Perhaps that's controversial, but it's true.
