Wikipedia - eh, they're big enough that they really shouldn't need donations from individuals imo. Other free services of their size find ways to make billions.

For some reason I'm more likely to give my money to people who make terrible food for high prices than to people who provide a remarkable service for free. So no, I haven't donated to Wikipedia.
