I'm playing it right now. This will be my 290574290590425709247590247590237592035709250923th time playing. I have not beat it all of those time. My fastest time was 26 hours I believe. Might have been 28.

6 or 7 times I'd guess. I can't say I keep track, and I was 12 or so when I first played it.

I played all the way through once, and that one time I used a gameshark. That's not because it's a hard game, but I just didn't understand how to play RPGs back then. I've started it up again a handful of times but always get distracted and move on. I do want to play through the game "properly" (without cheating) someday.

Too many times to count, as it is my favorite FF game.

Yeah, I used cheat devices back then, but I think it was more because I was too lazy to level up. Though the first time I played (without cheating) I got hopelessly stuck on Jenova Birth as I was under leveled (I just ran from practially every battle back then). My first play through will always be the best though, but I will always love this game.
