The Wyrven or Dark Bahamut or whatever. That thing can obliterate an overleveled party if the RNG goes in its favor.
The Plague Horror is the only one I even remember, so I guess that's the one that left the biggest impression on me and likely gave me the most trouble.
I remeber Ogopogo, or whatever the evil Leviathan's name was, was pretty tough.
