    Cool Ch-ch-ch-changes!

No this isn't a thread about David Bowie, this is about FFIV's cool habit of having the story constantly changing out your party. I always felt this was an ingenious way to create gameplay variety without the use of a deep customization system. Anyone else agree or did you wish you had total control of your playable party?

I though it was great. I would have liked a little more customization options on your characters (DS version's augments helps quite a bit with this), but the switching was excellent. It also helped the story quite a bit, making you feel that you were actually on a dangerous journey.

I liked the way the story unfolded with character changes, and it emphasized the fact that Cecil was the main character.
