Depends on the friends. A couple of my friends we would watch The Office in college (which turned to movies when we got tired of watching bad episodes every week), and then we'd play a board game or two. Other friends we play video games for a while and watch horror movies. Other friends we just talk.
Sometimes play basketball!
Depends who the friend is and the setting. Some friends, we literally just go out and chat, others we watch films or gather at someone's apartment and play games.
Talk, listen to music, watch TV, play games. Back in the day we used to play baseball, basketball, soccer, and throw water balloons at each other.
Talk, eat, video games, tv. Then we get self conscious about how much time we're spending inside playing videogames and watching tv so we go to the park and talk about video games and the shows we watched.

What most people have already said, really. Hang out either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather, eat, drink, socialise, watch TV, browse YouTube, play video games, suffer from spontaneous laughing fits, dodge them as they run for the bathroom so they can puke, blow up airbeds by singing into them to the tune of Final Fantasy songs, you know, normal things.
