Default OM NOM NOM GIVE ME VEGETARIAN RECIPES

I think this is like the 1000000000000000000000000 thread about this, but for health reasons, I'm going to go vegetarian and gluten-free.

So, to our vegetarian and vegan members (or even if you aren't, but have some great recipes) what are some of your favorites? Bonus points for easy or bulk recipes that can be easily frozen and re-heated later!

The whole website is gold. The pie in the link is also delicious. I've got quite a few saved in my bookmarks.

I, for one, am intrigued by the concept of a potato volcano.

Well, almond milk doesn't really matter as it isn't dairy xD

That's cool! I still ate cheese and dairy products when I was a vegetarian. There are tons of great sites that would do you a lot of good to look through, but my biggest recommendation would be to just search for veg recipes on Pinterest.

    Good luck!

thugkitchen.com is an amazing blog- someone else linked it here in EoFF back when I was all about doing my own food blog. But I've made the 3 bean chili & the lasagna (subbed out the noodles for eggplant slices) & both were really good.. They haven't updated in awhile cuz they're working on their cookbook that's gonna be released this fall, but there's still a ton of recipes to go through.

http://ohsheglows.com is another one I sometimes look at.
