Let me add more depth to this question. Do you prefer the -aga(or any third tier spell of the first three), or the "ultimate black magics"(meteor, flare, and Ultima)?

Once I get one of the ultimates, I pretty much forget everything else existed.

Otherwise - Fire. It's usually first on the list and therefore, what I usually cast unless the enemy has a weakness to something else.

But summon-wise, Shiva.

I like Thunder spells the best, closely followed by Water (the times Water has been an element, anyway), then Aero, then fire and then ice.
