You should have received an invite (two now, actually) through your Yahoo account's email. Apparently you can't sign up for private leagues any other way anymore, so if you want me to send it to another email address, just PM the email to me.
Private message me your email address, and if we still have room I'll send you an invite. You'll need to register a Yahoo account if you don't already have one.
