A balance of protein, carbs, fat, fruit and veg 
Fruit and veg are the hardest, but I have found that once you get into a habit of eating them, eventually you acquire the taste. It's like if you only try beer once you may end up hating it, but let it "grow on you" and it becomes an "organic" beereventually you may love it.
