Squall's outfit has always struck me as pretty slick. The slight redesign for Dissidia made it better.

I know I'm in the minority here but I really liked a lot of Lightning's outfits in Lightning Returns :v

For guys:
Sephiroth with the Masamune is a very slick design and he looks like a better version of Setzer. The sword adds to the greatness.
Vincent looks great, except for the boots.
Seifer and Auron are also cool.
I also just realized my new respect for Lord Braska's outfit.
And I can't forget Thunder God Cid.
For girls, I actually like a lot of them. Tifa and Rikku my top faves.
Honorable mentions to Vanille, Lightning, and Yuffie (that darn unbuttoned shorts give her minus!!).
No time for "Dilly-Dallying" or "Shilly-Shallying."

I second Tifa and Yuna, and while I'm not a fan of the games I thought Lightning's original outfit and her armor in XIII-2 (despite no pants) looked pretty good.

Edea has the best outfit. Hands down.
Everything was perfect about Seifer's design and that includes his choice of attire.
You mean Captain Highpants? I'm not even sure if that was cool back in 1999. xD
