Final Fantasy XVI Wishlist

So XV is a thing, and someday it will eventually get a release and perhaps only be delayed a few more times after that but let's focus on the distant future of Final Fantasy XVI. What would you like to see?

I wouldn't mind seeing a return to the old-school medieval fantasy setting that they brought back in XIV, with a refined job system and modernized turn-based battle system to give it a mixed of an old and new feel. I have no idea how you'd go about doing that, but if it's possible make it happen. Naturally I'd want that to be joined with a more uplifting atmosphere, too.
