is the theater where you could purchase cut scenes with Gil still in FFX's HD edition? I think that you could also buy music too...

In the SD version you could, I've not checked the HD version yet but I assume it'll be the same.

Only restriction is that you have to have seen the cutscene or heard the music to unlock them.
