Do you take naps when you know you need to rest, but don't have time for the full eight hours? Do you go for the recommended 15 minutes, 30, or does it depend? Has a nap ever turned to you oversleeping?

I go for 15 or 30 minutes depending on how tired I am. I tried having a 30 minute nap today to get ready for my interview, but ended up sleeping until the afternoon instead so we had to reschedule.
