So I made everything again, made sure it saved this bloody time, and played through an exhibition match against another team. I'll probably do a few of those so I can get used to the team and also get everyone's perspective on how they'd like the updates.
This time around I did it mostly with instant replay videos, the only real problem is that they're quite large so I'm toying with compressing them to make it less of an ordeal to upload them all. Here's one snippet while I wait for the others to upload.

Couple more videos from our first game, these are just recorded with the instant replay feature which is why they're eerily quiet. I'll mention that we actually lost this game, but I think a lot of it has to do with my rustiness playing 2K13. The team itself is pretty good, we have an average offense that's definitely able to keep up in games and with Vivi and Ronnie being so athletic we are beasts on the fastbreak. The defense is definitely our strong point, especially when we have Bert on at the point guard position. I would say our biggest problem is rebounding though, too many times we got out-muscled and gave up offensive rebounds. I think it's because both Psy and Destroyah are offensively stacked and not good rebounders for their position, so unless I put on both centers we're at a disadvantage on the glass. I am also playing on a hard difficulty because otherwise the scoring is unrealistic and the games are easy and boring.

My favourite play from the game. Ashton comes up and sets the screen for Locky who rounds the corner and makes the beautiful pass to Ronnie. I feel sorry for the Timberwolves player who comes up to try and stop him.

This is so incredibly awesome! Phil, check out overwolf, it's free and you could record the entire game with it instead of evil fraps wanting you to pay to record more. Oh and load videos to youtube right from it.

Sorry the updates have slowed down. I'm still practicing with the team and now I'll try out this new capture program and see how it goes. I want to make sure everything is set up perfectly before I start the association mode because it's harder to change things once it's started up. Should be into the thick of things in the next day or so!

Hey guys! I may have been sucked into the bottomless black hole that is Final Fantasy XIV but I have not forgotten about this and have every intention of starting and seeing it through. I've downloaded overwolf (thanks again for the tip, Bert), and ideally I'm hoping to have some smallish, edited highlights videos of each game (or at least the more interesting ones) once the season gets started. I'll mess about with some video editing, and see what size the videos are coming out to and take it from there.
But yes, in case you thought this was done for, don't worry. There will be more 'EoFF, revenge of the nerds, white men most definitely can not jump' action in the near future.
