Atomos was a tough one, though I think the only non-optional boss that Game Over'd me were the Crystals. I wasn't prepared for their sudden increase in damage output.
Neo Exdeath lol
I went in at LV54 because at this point in the game I was more concentrating on getting AP and getting all 4 characters all job classes 100% and not bothering about the actual levels. Then Neo Exdeath slaughtered me.

The Crystals as it pretty much requires you to defeat them via timing and if you don't you normal get punished for it.
