Original five FF main protagonists all Valyrian/Targaryen?

Anyone else notice this? All of the original main characters look almost exactly like a Targaryen from GOT. I highly doubt GRRM stole the look from FF but it is interesting.

for example Cecil looks exactly like Rhaegar
