Self-explanatory title. Except it is "worst". Please edit this.
Best? Hot&Cold no competition. Or perhaps Triple Triad if you are card fan.
Worst? Probably Tetra Master. Never understood how it works even after reading thorought FAQ.

Triple Triad is the undisputed champion in my book.
Worst? Hmm. Probably Tetra Master or Fishing in XII. Can't really think of anything else.
Best: Chocobo Hot n' Cold and Triple Triad.
Worst: Tetra Master and pretty much every mini-game in the Spira FF games.

Worst: Most of the stupid minigames in FFX including blitzball, plus a lot of the Gold Saucer crap
Best: Triple Triad, Blitzball, Tetra Master, or the snowboard game in VII
Worst: I don't know. Sphere Break? Or fishing in XII.
