Radio's Hot Sun by Handsome Furs. Not every time, but if I'm drunk and alone, I will probably cry to it. Same for Lover, You Should Have Come Over.
If only tears could bring you back to me from Pokemon the first movie album. I well up every time

I feel my insides clenching up just listening to the beginning of either of them. Then they just keep going until I'm a wreck. Of course this is all due to the context in which they're played in the show itself.

I had a couple others for a while, but I heard those so many times that they've lost most of their effect.

Usually I post this and have to explain the film, but I reckon a few people here have seen it. I cry like a girl when this piece plays during an early scene, and when the choir comes in just after 4:20 I completely lose it, I'm playing it now in tears. It's a beautiful, beautiful piece of music.
