Hello,

I haven't been a part of a Final Fantasy community for a long, long time but recently I've been on a nostalgia trip and thought I'd join here, if only to help my procrastination!

I started playing Final Fantasy into my teens and started with VII. I've played them all bar the MMORPGs and finished them all bar V and VI which, for some unknown reason, I haven't got round to finishing yet. I'm about halfway through them both and really should whip out the GBA/DS and finish them!

Anyway, hopefully I'll stick around and get to know some of you guys a bit better.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!My favourite FF is VII, not only is it my favourite FF game but my favourite game of all time. I don't think I'll ever play a game as good as that nowadays, even if it hasn't aged particularly well. I'm all for a remake as long as it's done properly.If I had to rank the other FF games (without including V or VI) it would probably be: X, IX, VIII, IV, XII, XIII, III, I, II

That's a really difficult one to nail down. I loved the start and the bombing mission, loved the motorbike chase, the Gold Saucer, exploring Shinra Mansion, the Weapon raids... there are just too many to count! It's a game which has a lot of charm, something I think the modern FF games lack.
