There's nothing better than a Final Fantasy community!
Hey everyone! I (like many others, I'm sure) haven't been able to get my Final Fantasy discussion fix from everyday life and, after spending awhile browsing the forums, I just couldn't help but to jump in! Over a decade ago (crazy to think about) I was really active in another FF community, and there's just something about the collective love of this great series that creates a really great atmosphere.
I'm a huge fan of the whole FF series, though I haven't particularly cared for some of the more recent entries (excluding FFXIVARR). That being said, I do currently feel like the conductor on the FFXV hype train =P. It may be just because it was my first, but FFVIII is my absolute favorite and I am willing to go to blows over it. Besides FF, I love a lot of the older Square RPGs like Xenogears and the Chrono games, and in the past year I've become a big fan of the Persona series.
I studied Japanese in college and though I haven't kept the skill as sharp as I'd like in the past few years, I still love to translate things from time to time if it gets me really excited.
It's so great to be joining all of you and hopefully I can do my part to contribute to interesting discussions in the future!
