I think the only Capcom game I played on the GameCube was Capcom vs SNK 2.

Never played one on N64 or Wii.

Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse is such a lovely game on the SNES that I still play occasionally. There are better games on the NES and SNES from Capcom, but this particular game is a nostalgic favorite of mine.

I'll jump in with all the guys listing SNES instead of NES games, cause SNES was Capcom at their finest with Megaman X-X3 and Breath of Fire II.

Mega Man 2-5 were all awesome, 6 was decent, 3 was the pinnacle, 4 might be my favorite because it's the one I played the most and I can pretty much beat it on muscle memory now.

Mega Man 1 and 4 were likely my favorite Capcom titles on the NES, though I really like Darkwing Duck and Gargoyle's Quest 2 as well.
