These two. (except it's called Star Fox 64, not Lylat Wars.) Goldeneye was also great fun. Wave Race 64 was pretty fun, as is 1080. Oh, and let's not forget Yoshi's Story. So many good games to name, but I'll just name a few of mine.

I guess Mario Kart 64 would be my answer followed by LoZ:OoT even though the 3DS version is vastly superior.
