Second Coil of Bahamut/Cerberus
It's Final Coil of Bahamut, actually. The Second Coil of Bahamut was implemented in Patch 2.2. Kinda doubt that that was Cerberus, too, since Cerberus was seen in the artwork showing the Crystal Tower bosses (which would make sense, Cerberus being an iconic FF III boss).
