I am feeling super positive today. I've been getting back to the gym this week. First time since I broke mu shoulder over a month ago. My deformed shoulder is hardly noticeable and I don't feel like I lost a lot of strength.
And despite not doing anything for a month I haven't really gained any weight. In fact, my jeans are getting looser. My already tiny waist is getting smaller.
I feel hella good today, and I hope you nerds do too.
