Another Square made Mario RPG would probably have to be a 3DS game, and I doubt they'd have an announcement page for it. I think Square pretty much hates Nintendo's actual consoles these days..
Seeing as SMRPG has been succeeded by the Paper Mario games I don't know that they would need to bring in SE to continue on the series.

I thought it was succeeded by the Mario & Luigi games. Dunno about Paper Mario, but those games are awesome and they even have Shimomura as the composer.

The name on Android is apparently "Yantama", if that means anything. Google Translate is behaving wonky and blaming server issues so that doesn't help
