Haste, you just can't beat the advantages of Haste in turn style combat. You could beat anything in FFX without getting touched with Haste, Slow, and Delay Buster

A close second would be Aura in FFVIII. Limit break spaaaaaam! It'd be first on my list if FFVIII didn't give you a kazillion other ways to make the party unbeatable gods.
