I actually lost around 50 lbs in a few weeks back when I was a teenager just because I sat only in shorts infront of a mirror one day and saw how terrible that belly fat looked
I did it by eating like 1/2 - 1/3 of what I ate before and absolutly no more sweets and fat stuff(was like a crash diet, but I never put on any weight after that gladly)
You don't even have to do a lot of sport, just drink a lot of water and cut down all "bad" food like fast food, sweets, chips...
    In theory it's really easy

    >>> If you are rich then just go through surgery..
If you are not rich then stop drinking soda, and all the sugary stuff (is not that hard).. Green tea is great BTW..

I for sure haven't had a soda in over six years.

The one thing I recommend to people looking to not only lose weight, but improve cardiovascular health, is to cut wheat from your diet.
Absolutely, I've noticed changes in my body and stamina cutting down on my pasta, bread, and soda intake. I've ousted out soda for a long time, but just today I drank a coco cola and already my stomach is hating me.

Right. But at that point it's not about music anymore. It's about groupies.

Groupies, of course, that's the whole point of the music industry

But I'm more concerned with my diet and exercise routine, kinda
