Did you ever have a high quality sushi? I mean obviously sushi isn't for everyone and I thought it was overrated as well before I tasted fresh sushi from Japanese sushi master in classy restaurant. From then I love me some sushi occasionally but I never eat the cheap 'uns anymore, just the good but expensive ones (note that I am from middle Europe, high quality and fresh fishes are really expensive here everywhere so in coast countries good sushi doesn't really have to be expensive as much)Originally Posted by black orb
