Cosplay in videogames

First of all, has there ever been a game devoted to cosplay? I would like to see a game built around cosplay.

Secondly, how many games feature cosplay in any form? What is your favorite example?

Tales of games, especially Japanese versions, have lots of costumes that don't make it to the west. Lots of them are based on anime/video game characters.

In Dark Souls nearly every character's armor set and weapon can be obtained and worn by the player, so in PvP or co-op you'll meet the occasional player cosplaying an NPC, enemy or boss.
