A dream destroyed, the seventh quits. - Cid's (Who is the "seventh" I'm referring to; the 7th Cid in the series) dreams of going into space, though partially realized, are also dashed, and he quits pursuing that dream after the incident so that he can live his life with boring scientist girl.
