I really do enjoy most of them, but Terra has the most-developed character arc and personality. Celes, Locke, Setzer, and Cyan are pretty awesome too.

Overall, Gogo is my favorite due to his sheer flexibility, especially once you slap a Merit Badge on him (though they axed that in the Advanced release ;_; ). That said, of the normal story-related cast Celes and Shadow are my favorites, Shadow more in battle and Celes more in story.
