also I definitely have legit experience of both of these. When I lucid dream I will always summon a dragon - I've gotten so good at it it is always the same dragon too - or I have sometimes turned into a dragon too which is like a billion times harder without waking up and breaking the dream, but anyway, creating my dragon pal is always way better - tips the scales on the old nightmares.
