I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of KH3 voice acting is done just about now. In animation you animate to the voices, not the other way around, so it stands to reason that they do voice acting first since this game will probably be very cutscene heavy.

I actually don't know what game it was for, but he has since taken the tweet down. I was writing an article on this yesterday for here, and the pieces all seemed a little to 'meh' to be credible.
