The opening theme that they played on FFXII. Love it.
Boss theme definitely. Then they reused it for Super Mario RPG where it was similarly awesome.
Within The Giant, for sure.
On a side note, I never understood what the big deal was about the theme of love. It always sounded fairly generic to me.

From the moment you hear this you know you're in for a great game with a fabulous soundtrack. The best FF soundtrack to date.
I have to go with the Boss Theme, though the Red Wings Theme would be a close second for me. That boss theme just gets me so pumped up, and it really adds to how terrifying and brutal many of the bosses in that game can be.
