It's free to play, so the only thing you lose is time. I guess that should have been my first clue. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea that a tutorial level can be the best part of the whole game. When does that even happen?

It ran pretty okay on my computer and my PC isn't all that built for gaming. Only time it lagged really hard was doing the story scenarios, which made watching the cut-scenes a pain in the ass.
