7-9-ish.
7-9-ish.
6.00-6.30 work days, 7.00-9.00 weekends. Waking up doesn't necessarily mean getting out of bed, though. I sometimes like to laze around for a while and enjoy the fact that I don't have to get up and go to work.
Weekdays my alarm goes off @ 5:30 am. I get out of bed anytime from 5:45-6:00.
On weekends, it depends if I want to stay in. It could be from 8:30-after 9:30.
When I was younger/not working, I'd sometimes get up around 11:30 because I wouldn't go to bed until 5:00 in the morning. Nowadays, even on the weekends I'm snoozing like Homer Simpson w/ my head back @ 10:30.
Before 5 freakin' AM. *blames work and the driving distance to get to the hospital*
I can't grok having a huge difference between your weekday/weekend wakeup time. Sleeping in an extra 20 mins, sure. But hours? That messes up my circadian rhythm like whoa and leaves me with a nasty headache all day. Fortunately I have the sleep doctors on my side
Overall I like waking up early; I admit that 3am is kinda pushing it but if I could make my own schedule I'd wake up somewhere between 4-5am I think. It's nice and quiet and there's no one around and I feel refreshed. A+
