I haven't been an eoffer long enough to answer this. I haven't even met a fellow eoffer yet ! I sometimes talk to Paula on the phone tho when we're drunk. And I Skype chat w kotora & parkity-park-parks in a group chat errday.

When you know almost everyone's real names and you have to manually stop yourself from using them in posts so as not to confuse the newbies.
When you know weird disturbing personal details about other members that you don't even know about real life friends.
