That is the only time it will ever be brought up by the game. The game will never mention the Bravely Second system again. And you can actually use Bravely Second for the instant turn mid-battle without ever seeing or being notified about the microtransactions. You actually need to open up the Sleep Potion store yourself via the tiny button to ever hear about those microtransactions again.
I want the adjustable encounter rate again, but only if they find a way to fix exploration. The party turning back at the entrance to new areas that you hadn't unlocked yet was incredibly frustrating, but it's the only way they could keep you from rushing into a high level dungeon with encounters turned off, looting it for high level treasure, and unbalancing the game. They need some way to fix that. Guarded chests, I suppose.
