Square had nothing to do with Dragoon 1, though. Why would they be doing Dragoon 2? Dragoon 1 was an SCE game. I'm almost positive

That's my point. Though now some are hoping Sony gave them the rights to make it because it's a PS4 exclusive. It's amusing what people will come up with despite little evidence supporting the matter.

I did say that I doubt it would be a AAA title, but it's still a little disappointing.

Spelunker is a platform game that began in 1983 and was part of the inspiration for Spelunky.

As far as Square announcements go this one doesn't completely suck donkey balls. A strange pick for hyping up a PS4 exclusive as people would have expected something more "next gen" (lol @ people who still has expectations for Square), than something that looks like it should be on the 3DS, but why should Square Enix start making sense now?

I just watched the trailer for this and it doesn't actually look that bad. The characters look plainly generic, yet somehow cute in their own Mario-esque way. With that said it's not something I'd play personally, but I could actually see Square Enix making a lot of money off of Japanese PS4 users here via microtransactions.

At last. The next generation has finally arrived! =D

So many great games coming this year as well. GTA Vice City, Final Fantasy XI. Metal Gear Solid 2 looks amazing as well, so I'll probably enjoy playing this until those come out at the end of the year. =D
