Also I may be clutching at straws here, but when the guys beat the Behemoth (at 34 seconds in) the music changes slightly. Could this be a hint towards victory themes after boss fight? As it happens the exact moment that Prompto high fives.

Nah mate, that's just how this arrangement of the Final Fantasy theme goes. It's the one from the FFVIII Ending Theme (the best one) and it's the version that often gets played at Distant Worlds and other concerts. That trumpet bit exists in all of them. The mix is slightly different here, but the arrangement itself is identical.

Also incidentally one of my favourite pieces of music of all time, I could barely watch the trailer due to holding back tears. Good choice.

Alot of it is, there's definitely a couple new shots in there, the final one of the car driving away and the camera zooming out for example.

I'm so happy to hear the classic tunes like Prelude and Final Fantasy in this game. It's been too long, looking like a real return to form.
