Modern Dragoon job?

I noticed this a bit in say FF Unlimited. I believe Kaze owns a Magun (Magic gun) and I recall him or the wiki saying it belongs to Dragoons. And then I watch Blue Exorcist and one of the classes of the order of the Knights of True Cross is a Dragoon and they're gun users. You think if they make another job based Final Fantasy game, you think they should let the Dragoon class be able to use guns like Rifles, shotguns, machine guns and such? Included they can use bayonets like a spear?

I know I'd use it. A M4 with a Bayonet on the end of it will do just fine for me along with a Smith and Wesson M&P, and as a backup a Colt Python. eeeee. I'd love it. Then I'd combine it with the abilities of a monk and I'd officially be in a John Woo movie doing Gun fu.
