Locke, because in my current playthrough and henceforth will be the main way I stock my "medicine chest" with all the items in my inventory. By the time I went across the mountain range in the Castlemobile, I already had 99 tonics! Before the floating continent, I reached 99 potions! 
Setzer, I just have a hard time hitting the slot machine correctly.
