So thanks in no small part to MyFitnessPal I've lost like 15 pounds in the past few months and now I'm at my goal weight. The problem is that, because I've gotten comfortable eating a few hundred calories short of what I need and feeling satiated that way, I'm still losing weight Not that I'm in danger of wasting away or anything, but my pants are already getting too big for me and I'd prefer to not have to go out and buy a new wardrobe.
What should I be adding to my diet to maintain my weight? I'm assuming protein? What types of snacks can I eat throughout the day? I'd prefer nothing with too much sugar, even "healthy" sugar (for example fruits) - too much sugar in one day makes my IBS flare up.
