Do you have to fight the Warring Triad again if you Teleport out of Kefka's tower?

I got the wrong party to fight fiend. They're vastly underpowered and I want to get the better party to fight him. I'm thinking about TPing out so I can do the dungeon again but with the better party. Can I do this and if I do do I have to take them on again.

Try entering Kefka's Tower at a grossly underpowered level.

You will feel the wrath of the Triad, I promise you. But only until you've beaten them. They don't come back.
