PS Vita backup

Heya,

I am currently being paranoid about losing all my data on my PS Vita for no reason so I want to make the most foolproof backup there is. The problem is that ever since I purchased 64 GB vita card from Asia (official card), there is so much data that the whole backup usually does not go through because of some unexpected problem.

So the main question then I guess is, if saving vita -> PC the selected few games also backs up the save files without any problem or if there is some other best way to go about backing up my save files without PSPlus.

I backed up my PSVita one game at a time. Was it time consuming? You betcha! But it's better than losing all my hard work. :\
