Jayne is my middle name. I use it a lot as Tara Jayne is my 'writers' name, as opposed to my actual surname. Which only a few people know now because it's not on my facebook?! Like, I have people asking me 'what IS your last name?' a lot, and I like it, it's mysterious!I also just don't like sharing my surname on the internet - so anyone here who does happen to know it you don't need to write it down in the thread

I have a very patrilineal name, my first is my father's and my middle is his father's. My middle name is David.

People probably think it is my surname, but my middle name is actually Ffgamer. It's a good name.

I do have a middle name. I don't like it much. But then, I don't like my first or last name either. This is why I just tell everyone to call me Pike.
The only plus side to my name is that it's so astoundingly common that you can put the whole thing into Google - first, middle, last - and not get a single hit that's actually me for the first 100 pages. (Possibly more, but that's when I stopped looking.)
Middle names are strictly for use in conjunction with the first name to demonstrate to whomever you are yelling at/for that you are extremely upset.
I knew when my parents yelled 'Nicholas Charles!' that I was in for an ass beating or a good scolding. It was as it should be.
